Miele TwinDos

When we talk about Miele TwinDos, this specifically refers to the system within a Miele washing machine or washer dryer that automatically dispenses detergent with each wash. There’s no need to measure out detergent amounts or communicate with the machine that you’re putting on a large load. The machine works by weight, calculating your wash load and the right amount of detergent for it. Smart. 

This automatic dispensing system uses Miele UltraPhase 1 & 2 detergents: cleaning, boosting, scenting, brightening and more.

Whites, colours and delicates 

As mentioned above Miele UltraPhase products work in compatibility with machines that include the TwinDos (automatic dispensing) system. UltraPhase 1 & 2 are two individual liquid detergents that work alongside one another for brighter whites and stain removal (Phase 2). First-class washing for the very best laundry results – as agreed by 95% of surveyed customers. 

You’ll also find yourself saving on unnecessary detergent waste as the TwinDos machine will accurately measure the washload and dispense precise measures depending on the load weight. Save up to 30% of wastage compared with a manual system with 1.4 litres for 37 wash loads.

UltraPhase 1

Your base detergent and general clean come from UltraPhase 1. The detergent effectively removes stains, oils and dirt while preventing colour and fabric pilling (no more nasty bobbles). 

UltraPhase 2

UltraPhase 2 acts as a cleaning booster, targeting staining gently and effectively, and whites are whiter for a brighter load!

UltraPhase Sensitive 

Cleaning without colours and fragrances – kind and gentle to sensitive skin. UltraPhase Sensitive is made with plant-based ingredients for a naturally powered wash cycle without compromise. ColourProtect and effective stain removal for up to 36 washes – even at low temperatures.

Delicate Wool Care Liquid Detergent –  Delicate care for your delicates. Miele’s wool care detergent takes care of wool, silk, linens, cashmere, lace and synthetic fibres with soft foam wheat proteins defending against fibre breakdown. 

Down Detergent – Formulated for down items, this specialised detergent is the perfect accompaniment to your DownCare cycle refreshing pillows, duvets and down clothing. Miele Machine Care

We not only take care of your laundry loads but the machine that looks after them too. After all, what good is an exceptional range of laundry cleaning solutions without a clean, well-maintained, efficient washing machine? To keep your machine in tip-top shape, Miele recommends carrying out a maintenance wash every 6-8 weeks by running a hot wash.  Regular cleaning cycles help keep your washing machine working efficiently and prevent grease, limescale, odours and mould.
