What is the shipping policy on your cooker hoods?
With any orders under the value of £75, there will be a delivery charge of £6. over £75 the delivery charge will be free of charge. Standard delivery time is 1-5 days.
Do all of your Miele hoods come with a warranty?
Our products come with their 2 year manufacturers warranty which can be found on individual product pages. Our ovens are covered by a 24-month warranty, which covers faults with your product when notified within a reasonable time.
Does a cooker hood need to be vented outside?
In some cases, cooker hoods need to be vented outside to reduce dampness and moisture re-entering back into the home and getting trapped. Many of the cooker hoods at Ati Miele have recirculation modes which clean the air that has been drawn in from the kitchen, using grease and charcoal filters, and re-circulate it back into the room. This takes place within the room and needs neither a vent ducting nor room or wall vents.
